AMO-MAG®AutoEX 48 is an automated system for the rapid isolation of DNA and RNA from a variety of samples. AMO-MAG AutoEX48 system can extract nucleic acids from 48 samples in a single run using our own magnetic beads AMO Mag™. It can quickly extract within 25 minutes from various samples and can isolate high-quality nucleic acid.
AMO-MAG®AutoEX 48 has 6 phases in nucleic acids extraction. The first phase is the lysis and binding and binding using magnetic beads and after 4 phases of washing, high-purity/nucleic acids can be extracted with high yield at the final phase of elution.
